Victoria Subotina has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Victoria started their career as an IT Recruiter in 2014, working as a freelancer. Victoria then joined Maximum Education as a Product Manager, managing the entire product line life cycle. In 2012, they joined Eastern Peak Software as an HR Advisor before becoming an HR Manager. In their role, they led and directed the HR team, managing employee relations, performance management, learning and development, training, recruitment and retention, and policy implementation. Victoria also ensured compliance with employment laws and updated policies for line managers. Victoria worked there until 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they also worked as an HR Advisor at Ubertesters. In 2015, they joined Rallyware as the Head of HR, where they led the HR team and managed employee relations. Later that year, they joined Agile Fuel as the Head of People Operations, where they continued to lead the HR team and manage various HR functions, such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation. In 2018, they joined Company Systems RW as an HR Manager. Throughout their career, Victoria Subotina has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.

Victoria Subotina attended the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Taxation. Victoria successfully completed the program and earned the degree of Specialist in the field of study.

The biggest key to our success in both building the core product and scaling the technical implementations was the ability, and the processes we have created, to hire the right people quickly and effectively as part of our remote office in Ukraine, and integrate them into our team while retaining and growing our culture—all within the typical constraints of being a bootstrapped, and later venture-funded, startup. These people have been our biggest investment, our greatest value, and our main competitive advantage. We recruit and support high-quality dedicated engineering teams that work out of our offices in Ukraine and are tailored specifically to each client’s technical requirements, culture, and communication needs. We are stack-agnostic, because we focus on finding the right people for the specific needs, however commonplace or esoteric they may be.
