Previously, Sharad held various roles at Xento Systems Pvt. Ltd., including Software Engineer, from October 2018 to December 2020, and at Deven InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2015 to October 2018. Education credentials include a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Sinhgad Institute Of Management And Computer Application and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSc) from Sangameshwer College, Solapur.
