Jen Warner has extensive work experience in strategy, planning, and consulting roles. Jen is currently the Director of Strategy & Planning at agilon health, starting in 2022. Previously, they worked as a Strategic Consultant and Manager at the Elton John AIDS Foundation, where they managed the Zero HIV Social Impact Bond and collaborated with National Health Service leaders and private investors. Prior to that, they held various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, where they developed strategic recommendations for Fortune 500 corporations in healthcare and other industries.
Jen Warner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development & Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2016. Jen then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Social Policy & Social Research, with highest honors, at UCL in 2019.
