Svetlana Klimova, MBA, is an experienced professional in private credit and asset management operations with a significant background in financial services. Currently serving at AGL Credit Management in Private Credit BDC Operations since May 2024, Svetlana previously held roles at Lafayette Square as Treasury & Private Credit BDC Operations and at First Eagle Investment Management in Asset Management Operations. Additional experience includes a tenure at Highbridge Capital Management in Hedge Fund Operations. Svetlana's expertise spans various financial products and platforms, supported by a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from CUNY-Brooklyn College.
