Currently serving as the Mobile Maintenance Planning & Reliability Supervisor at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since May 2022, Frederic previously held the position of Asset Management Specialist. Prior to this, Frederic worked at Uniboard as Directeur Programme de Maintenance and Directeur Planification Maintenance. Frederic's experience also includes significant roles at ArcelorMittal Côte-Nord, The Coca-Cola Company, Rio Tinto, Groupe Dijon Gus, and GE, accumulating a diverse skill set in maintenance planning and supervision. Frederic holds a degree in Planning and Management of Maintenance from École de technologie supérieure, completed in May 2022.
