Micah Childs is a seasoned professional in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design, currently serving as Co Owner and Principal at Agon Coordination, LLC since March 2013. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior BIM Coordinator at both Five Star Electric and Skanska USA, as well as a 3D Sketcher at Mid-Atlantic Mechanical. Micah's career began with positions such as Electrical Drafter/IT at Syska Hennessy Group, CAD Designer at Wick Fisher White, and CAD Drafter at Caddie Corp. Micah holds a Certificate in CAD/CAM with a specialization in AutoCAD from Mercer County Community College and has additional educational experience from Gloucester County Institute of Technology.

Agon Coordination
Agon was founded in 2013 by Micah Childs, Chris Stailey, and Jacob Mashburn in response to the growing need for BIM coordination services. Their paths crossed while working on the coordination effort for the renovation to Madison Square Garden in the winter of 2010. From the forge, Micah – Chris – Jacob, developed a strong repour with clientele by solving major issues with integrity behind the handshake. Micah’s extensive experience in MEP fields, Chris’ detail oriented vision, and Jacob’s ability to collaborate well with others brought together a trio that would soon create Agon. Through strong work ethic and team work, they developed a tight bond and a reputation for adding quality and value to the coordination process. Quality Coordination by people who know the systems. Today, Agon continues to be called upon by Owners, General Contractors, and Sub-Contractors to provide honest answers and buildable systems.
