Serena Teo has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Jei Fong Engineering Pte. Ltd. for a period of three months. In 2020, they served as a Social Work Intern at AMKFSC Community Services Ltd. for six months. The following year, they worked as an Intern at Rainbow Centre for three months. Currently, Serena holds the position of Project Manager at Agorize, starting in August 2022.
Serena Teo attended Riverside Secondary School from 2012 to 2015. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled in St Andrew's Junior College in 2016 and completed their studies there in 2017. Serena then pursued higher education at the National University of Singapore from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree in Social Work. Additionally, they earned two certifications from the National University of Singapore: Bahasa Indonesia (Elementary) in July 2022 and the SIGNapse Basic Sign Language Certification with a Certificate of Distinction in January 2022.
