Lars Lavrsen has extensive experience in operational leadership within the food industry, currently serving as Driftsleder at Agri-Norcold A/S since September 2021. Prior roles include Formand i spotafdelingen at Netto, and Driftsleder at Good Food Group. Lars held the position of Afdelingschef i Forsendelsen at Salling Group, responsible for the daily management of logistics for all grocery items to Bilka and Føtex stores in Denmark. Previous experience also includes Production Leader roles at Ravnstrup Mølle A/S and Danish Crown, and a Slagtermester position at Føtex, where Lars managed staff and was responsible for significant annual revenue. Lars completed education at Holstebro tekniskeskole from 1991 to 1994.
