Lucy Cornish has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lucy began their career in 2000 as an Events Coordinator at Captain Cook Cruises Australia. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Deutsche Bank UK. In 2011, they joined Link Market Services as an Implementation Specialist, managing client employee share plans. Lucy also served as a Test Analyst and later as a Project Manager Scrum Master at the same company. In 2013, Lucy was hired as a Senior Business Analyst at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, responsible for online learning and accreditation systems. Lucy then moved on to Splice Equity in 2015, working as a Platform Delivery Consultant for an equity crowdfunding business. Lucy joined AgriDigital in 2017 and held various roles such as Iterations and QA Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery and Operations Manager, and Operations, People & Culture Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Chief of Staff at AgriDigital.

Lucy Cornish has a diverse education history. In 2000, they enrolled at the University of Technology Sydney and obtained a Bachelor of Management in Tourism degree in 2003. Lucy then pursued further education in 2008, attending the Australian College of Project Management to gain a foundational understanding of Project Management. In the same year, they also completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance at Kaplan Business School, focusing on Applied Finance. Additionally, in September 2019, Lucy obtained the Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org.
