Richard Baidoo

Richard Baidoo is a seasoned agronomist with extensive experience in sales and farm management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Country Representative for Agrinos Inc. since October 2011, Richard focuses on product awareness, sales promotion, and implementation of High Yield Technology (HYT) for plantation crops. Prior roles include Farm Manager at ScanFarm Ghana Limited and Senior Project Agronomist at ScanFuel Ghana Limited, where Richard managed field operations and oversaw the establishment of a large jatropha farm. Richard's career at British American Tobacco Ghana Ltd included roles as Area Leaf Manager and Change Champion, emphasizing staff management, operational planning, and innovative business solutions.
