Ines Rathke currently serves as the Managing Director for Trade Fairs & Exhibitions and Head of Division for Animal Husbandry at DLG e.V. Since June 2020, Ines has been involved in project management for EuroTier. Prior experience includes a role as Director at Koelnmesse GmbH from February 2017 to May 2020, and Head of Retraining and Rehoming at The British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre from December 2015 to January 2017. Ines also worked as a Nachwuchsführungskraft at Gestüt Buckautal from April 2014 to January 2017, and served as Head of Retraining at The Hong Kong Jockey Club from December 2010 to December 2013. Ines Rathke holds a Master's degree in Agribusiness and Management from The University of Göttingen.
