As an established finance leader, Ashish has 20+ years of extensive experience with corporate governance, business partnering, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, cost management, financial operations, taxation, financial accounting and reporting.
In his most recent role, Ashish served as the Global Chief Financial officer of Servion Global Solutions a company managing contact centers and customer experience solutions. Prior to Joining Servion he served as Deputy CFO with CSS Corp/Partners Group Private Equity, an IT services and premium tech support company. Prior to Joining CSS Corp, he worked with Aricent Group/KKR private equity as CFO of their India operations a global product engineering services firm. Earlier in his carrier, he gained valuable experience with assignments with Agilent Technologies, KPMG and Deloitte.
Ashish has a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.
