Ebru Pandir

Ebru Pandir currently serves as CFO at Urbanista since June 2024, overseeing accounting, cash flow management, and financial operations as part of the Management Team. Previously, Ebru held the position of Global Finance Director at STRAX AB from September 2021 to June 2024, focusing on budget processes and business development. As a founding partner at PMA Management Consultancy from January 2020 to December 2023, Ebru specialized in business development, financial turnarounds, and corporate financing, while also acting as the managing shareholder at Blue Dreams Resort in Bodrum, Turkey. Prior experience includes serving as Fund Administration Manager at Permian, responsible for private equity operations, and as Management Consultant at Azizler Holding/Zapsu Danismanlik, where Ebru advised global blue-chip companies and managed investment projects. Ebru holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Istanbul University, completed in January 1999.
