Lindsey Balch

Lindsey Balch is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at AHEAD since December 2022, with prior roles as Talent Development Program Manager and Talent Development Specialist. Lindsey has also held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Home Point Financial since September 2020. Before this, Lindsey worked at Caliber Funding as an Instructional Designer from April 2013 to September 2020, and served as a Servicing Trainer at Nationstar Mortgage from September 2004 to April 2013. Additionally, Lindsey started a career as an REO Closer at First Preston Management (1999 - 2004) and as a Film Royalty Liaison at The Image Bank (1995 - 1999). Lindsey holds an education from Texas Tech University, completed in 1994.
