Emily Smith

Emily Smith serves as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Cboe Global Markets since April 2023, where the mission focuses on creating a trusted and inclusive global marketplace. Prior to this role, Emily held similar positions at Objective Paradigm, where responsibilities included refining onboarding programs and developing a Recruiter Training Program, and at The Horton Group, where a virtual onboarding program was created. Earlier experience at Addison Group involved strategic training initiatives and the development of a Learning Management System, along with various roles that included onboarding and operational support. Emily began a career at Payroll Solutions, Inc. as a Payroll Processor. Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sociology-Human Services from St. Norbert College.
