Melita Teo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Philippines since January 2024, following a distinguished tenure at AIA Singapore from January 2004 to January 2024, where Melita held various executive roles including Chief Customer and Digital Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Corporate Solutions Officer, Chief Business Development Officer for AIA Vitality, and Head of Planning and Strategy. In the role of Chief Customer and Digital Officer, Melita focused on enhancing customer propositions and advancing digital integration to promote healthier lifestyles. Melita's experience also includes overseeing new business operations and leading the Operational Risk Steering Committee. Educated at Curtin University from 1994 to 1996, Melita is passionate about trail-running and fostering team cohesion.
