Lauren Weller

Lauren Weller is an accomplished environmental scientist with extensive experience in ecology, soil science, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Senior Ecologist and Compliance Lead at AiDash since November 2022, Lauren drives ecology strategy and leads compliance initiatives for biodiversity net gain. Previous roles include Soil Scientist at 4 Earth Intelligence, where responsibilities encompassed experimental design and data analysis for soil contamination projects, as well as managing watershed data and coordinating water quality programs at Essex Region Conservation Authority. Lauren's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Windsor, where a University Teaching Certificate was also obtained. Further education includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Environmental Law, and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science, both from the University of the Witwatersrand.
