James Worthington has over 30 years of extensive experience in technology leadership, focusing on infrastructure management and solutions architecture within major financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President at AIG, James is instrumental in developing the Global Infrastructure Utility roadmap and advancing a highly virtualized, automated private cloud data center. Previously, James held a Vice President position at JPMorgan Chase, managing a diverse technical support team and overseeing an extensive internet development community. James's earlier roles include significant leadership positions at MetLife, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Chemical Bank, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical teams, directing data warehousing initiatives, and supporting core technology functions. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Wilkes University.
