Kohei Eguchi

Kohei Eguchi is a Project Lead at AIG Japan, where responsibilities include data analysis, project management, and driving improvements in customer satisfaction within the Claims Management Department. Notable achievements include leading initiatives that reduced over 100 hours of manual operations through the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enhancing customer satisfaction scores by analyzing the customer journey and introducing new technology. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Training Education Program at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, providing athletic training services, and maintaining student medical information. Kohei also interned with the Toronto Blue Jays during spring training and was the Head Athletic Trainer for So. Cal Catch Baseball Club. Kohei holds a Master of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
