Logan S. has extensive experience in transformation and project delivery within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Transformation Delivery at AIG since September 2014, Logan leads a team focused on strategic initiatives for Japan's largest foreign property and casualty insurer. Previous roles at AIG include delivering a transformation initiative for the direct-to-consumer P&C insurance business and modernizing core technology platforms. Prior to AIG, Logan held senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where leadership in a multi-year transformation program significantly enhanced payments operations, and at Merrill Lynch, where project delivery improvements were realized. Additional experience includes senior engagement management roles at Capgemini and Kanbay, account management at Morgan Stanley, and early career positions in education and consultancy. Logan holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and a certificate in Russian Language from Moscow State Linguistic University.
