Sergio Rinaldi

Sergio Rinaldi is an accomplished professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Service Management at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since 2014, overseeing all IT Service Management activities including Incident Management and Change Fulfillment. In a prior role as Senior Manager of Business Technology Operations, Rinaldi managed middle and back office software applications crucial for daily NAV cycles and client reporting, with expertise in systems such as SimCorp Dimension and Eagle PACE. Before joining AIMCo, Rinaldi held various positions at Fujitsu from 2007 to 2014, including Program Manager, where responsibility included establishing a Project Management Office, and Service Delivery Manager, providing Application Services for government clients. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at Matrikon. Rinaldi holds a Computer Engineering degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
