Gary Fearnall

Gary Fearnall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue and partnership development across various sectors, including climate education and mixed reality technologies. Currently serving as Principal at Nxt Step Connections since March 2018, Gary leads strategic sales, partner management, and advisory services for start-ups and scale-ups. In addition to roles at Datonics and TRIVVER, Gary contributes to partnership and revenue development for Embreate and Yumebau Inc., focusing on STEM AR games. As a seed investor at Underknown, Gary supports educational initiatives targeting Gen Z and Millennials. Gary has also served on the board of YDX Innovation and participated in the Sales Advisory Council for the Canadian Professional Sales Association, emphasizing standards in the sales profession. Gary holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Urban Development from Western University and a CAAP in Advertising and Marketing from the Institute of Canadian Advertising.
