Shira Milshtein

Shira Milshtein, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief People Officer at aiOla since September 2024, following a role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Papaya Global. Prior experience includes Corporate VP HR at LiveU, where responsibilities included developing global HR strategies to support company growth and fostering a collaborative culture. Previously, Shira was a Senior Strategic HRBP at Intel, managing HR strategies for a division of over 1500 employees and overseeing talent development and succession planning. Shira has also served as a lecturer at Ruppin Academic Center, focusing on organizational consulting and leadership development, and held various HR Business Partner roles at Intel, contributing to major recruitment and onboarding initiatives. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Haifa and an MBA in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
