Gemma Walls is currently an Associate Customer Success Manager at Aircall, having previously held the role of Junior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Community Lead and Community Lead at WeWork, and working in various roles at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, including Project Consultant - Strategy and Employee Experience Coordinator.
