Magen Johnston

Magen Johnston is an experienced professional in the customer service and concierge industry, currently serving as an Associate Customer Success Manager at Virta Health since January 2022. Magen also owns Seat's Taken Concierge, a company specializing in personal and corporate concierge services for convention and conference groups traveling to Las Vegas, a role held since March 2014. Prior to these positions, Magen held various concierge roles at prestigious Las Vegas establishments, including as Prestige Lead Concierge at The Venetian I The Palazzo (August 2011 - December 2015), and as a concierge at Wynn Las Vegas (2009 - 2011) and Caesars Palace (2007 - 2009). Magen Johnston holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in 2010, and is a graduate of Palo Verde High School, class of 2005.
