Ruby Herrera

Ruby Herrera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across various companies. Currently, Ruby serves as the Head of Customer Success at Hello Clever since January 2024 and has been the CEO & Co-Founder of Mixed Millennial since October 2019. Previous roles include Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Uber, Senior Customer Success Manager at Notarize, Inc, and positions in customer success and sales at InsideSales.com and Oracle. Ruby began the career with an internship at the International Labour Organization. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, completed in 2015.
