Petro Duda has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and business automation. Petro started their career as a Support Technician at Zoom Support in March 2015 and worked there until February 2016. Petro then worked as a QA Support for a brief period of three months before becoming a Technical Coach from June 2016 to March 2017.

After that, Petro joined ZEO Alliance as a Chatbot developer in April 2017 and worked there until January 2018. Petro then joined PDFfiller.com as a Support Agent in January 2018 and worked there until January 2020.

Currently, Petro is working at airSlate | Business Automation. Petro started as a Senior Support Specialist in January 2020 and was promoted to the role of Support Tech Lead in January 2021.

Petro Duda obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj' Technical University, attending from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ACSP certification from Apple in December 2015.
