Frank O'Connor began a career in technology with roles as a Software Engineer at CACI and CPT, and held various positions at System Dynamics from October 1976 to November 1983. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin, attained between 1972 and 1976, and earlier education at De La Salle Churchtown Dublin from 1962 to 1972.
