Tony Leddy began their work experience as an IT Manager in EMEA at Quarterdeck in 1990. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as the IT Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland at Epicor. Tony then joined AIRTRICITY HOLDING LTD in 2000, where they served as the IT Operations Manager until 2005 and later as the Technical Services Manager until 2009. Tony Leddy then joined SSE Airtricity in 2009, starting as the Enterprise Architect until 2019 when they became the Head of Information Technology.

Tony Leddy attended Technological University Dublin from 1984 to 1988, where they studied Telecommunications & Electronic Engineering.
