Job Description
Our team is seeking an Account Manager lead who will be responsible for managing, upselling, and retaining our 35+ strategic partners. As well as maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer dedication and loyalty. This candidate will act as a customer advocate to our product team by collecting and sharing customer feedback and ideas.
Reports To
This position will report to the founder and CEO, Chris Tiffin.
