Jaakko Malkamäki

Jaakko Malkamäki has been employed in various roles since 2012. Jaakko began their career as a Customer Service Assistant for the Finnish Association of People with Physical Disabilities, then worked as a Telemarketer and Customer Service Assistant for 11 months in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Contact Center Customer Consultant for Nordea. In 2016, Jaakko worked as a Sales Co-worker for IKEA Group and as an IT Trainee for The Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an IT Supporter Request Fulfilment for Nordea, followed by a role as an IT Specialist for Futurice from 2018 to 2021. Jaakko currently works as a Senior IT Engineer for Aiven.

Jaakko Malkamäki obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2017.
