Hannes Behmenburg has a diverse work experience in the field of semiconductor technology. Hannes started their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University/Aixtron SE, where they worked on MOCVD process and hardware development of III-nitrides. Hannes'sroles included application-oriented GaN buffer development, inAlN barrier material development, LED structure development, and catalyst-assisted GaN nanowire growth. Hannes also contributed to various publications and presented at international conferences. In 2013, they worked as a Scientific Consultant at VDI/VDE-IT. From 2014 onwards, they joined AIXTRON SE, where they held various roles, including Process Engineer, Key Account-Manager, Technical Application Manager GaN, and currently serves as the Deputy Manager for Process & Installed Base.
Hannes Behmenburg pursued their education from 2001 to 2007 at RWTH Aachen University. Hannes successfully completed their studies and earned a degree as Diplom Ingenieur in the field of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
