Melanie Klueser-Neumeier has over 20 years of work experience. Melanie started their career at 3M in 2002, where they held various roles including Buyer AdMerch Germany & EMEA, Logistics Systems & Process Development, Senior Buyer Indirect Spend Germany, Senior Buyer IT Germany & EMEA, European Commodity Manager Sourcing IT, and Manager Sourcing Indirect. From September 2014 to December 2016, they took a parental leave. In September 2022, they joined AIXTRON SE as a Senior Expert Procurement Strategy and Analytics.
Melanie Klueser-Neumeier completed their BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from Coventry University in 2002. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they attended FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences where they obtained a Diplom in FB Wirtschaft, DBS.
