Mark Kelso

Mark Kelso is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and project management within the defense sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development at Collins Aerospace since November 2018, Mark previously held roles including Business Development Manager at Rockwell Collins and Project Manager for Advanced Tactical Data Link Systems with the Chief of Naval Operations Staff, where operational requirements for tactical data link systems were developed within a significant budget. Mark's experience also includes strategic planning for USS Harry S. Truman, management of joint air and missile defense wargames, and leadership roles in various Navy airborne early warning squadrons. Mark holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia and an MA in Management from American Military University.
