Nizar Ben Aicha is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial, real estate, and banking law across various positions. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Specialist at Ajman Free Zone since August 2019, Nizar focuses on providing legal guidance, managing contractual negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Prior to this role, Nizar held senior associate positions at Prestige Advocates & Legal Consultants and Al Suwaidi & Company, managing litigation matters and offering legal advice to banks. Nizar's early career included founding a law firm and handling complex legal issues within both Tunisian and international contexts. Nizar holds a PhD in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, as well as an LL.M and an LL.B from Université de Tunis.
