Tadhg Pearson

Tadhg Pearson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as a Senior Principal Lead Engineer at Akamai Technologies since April 2017. In this role, Tadhg focuses on security products that safeguard clients on the Akamai Edge. Prior to this, Tadhg worked at Amadeus IT Group for nearly a decade, holding various positions including Principal Engineer, where responsibilities included the design and development of APIs and strategic engagement with developers. Tadhg's earlier experience includes roles at IBM Ireland, the Institute of Informatics, and Lotus Development, showcasing a solid foundation in software development and performance analysis. Tadhg holds an MSc in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London and a BSc in Joint Honours, Physics and Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast.
