Ole-Johan Molvig is an accomplished executive in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in reservoir development and operations. Currently serving as the SVP of Valhall at Aker BP ASA since December 2016, Ole-Johan oversees AkerBP-operated fields and is a member of the Executive Management team. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations and Asset Development for Valhall and Senior Vice President of Reservoir Development at Aker BP. Ole-Johan has also held significant positions at Resoptima and Fishbones AS as a board member, VP Subsurface at Det norske oljeselskap ASA, and various subsurface management roles at Marathon Oil Corporation and Statoil. Early career experience includes positions at ExxonMobil, where Ole-Johan focused on reservoir engineering and field development. Ole-Johan holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
