Magne Aaberg

Magne Aaberg is an experienced professional in the field of estimation and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Estimation at Aker Solutions since March 2024, where responsibilities include managing the Estimation department at Entr and overseeing early phase estimation processes. Prior to this role, Magne held the position of Lead Estimation at Aker Energy AS for the Pecan field development project and served as Senior Project Engineering Manager at Multiconsult, where focus was on value-based project management and cost management. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Baker Hughes, GE Oil & Gas, Aker Oilfield Services, and Aker Floating Production ASA, with a foundational career starting at Aker Technology AS. Magne holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Business Candidate degree from the Norwegian School of Economics.
