Gaute Schjerve

Gaute Schjerve has extensive work experience in various roles within the oil and gas industry. Gaute started their career in 1996 as a Systems Consultant at Kvaerner and later worked as an Advisor in Information Management at Aker Business Services AS. In 2004, they joined Aker Solutions as a Team Lead, providing PDMS Project Support until 2011. Gaute then held managerial positions, including Senior Manager and Manager, specializing in CAD Plant Design and Industry Solutions. From 2014 to 2015, Gaute worked at Frontica Business Solutions as a Senior Manager, responsible for Customer & Portfolio Management and Industry Solutions. Gaute returned to Aker Solutions in 2015 and has since held roles such as Advisor in Engineering Methods & Improvements, Chief Work Process Owner, and Chief Product Officer. Gaute also worked at Fixed Facilities Alliance, NOA PDQ as a Digital Implementation Manager and at Mero 3 FPSO as an Information Manager.

Gaute Schjerve obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between the years 1988 and 1993.
