Amanda Monoski

Amanda Monoski has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles since 2008. Amanda began their career as a Client Service Supervisor at Spherion Staffing, followed by a Human Resources Business Partner role at Nixon Uniform Service & Medical Wear in 2012. In 2014, they took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Community Action Council of Howard County, where they were responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, managing payroll, recommending policy changes and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations. In 2015, they moved to TEAM Risk Management Strategies, where they worked as an HR Client Services Specialist. In 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Manager at Child & Family, and in 2021, they took on the same role at AkitaBox.

Amanda Monoski obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Canisius College between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they hold a PHR certification.
