Pascal Abou Dagher

Pascal Abou Dagher is an experienced engineering and construction management professional with a specialization in real estate development. Currently serving as the Operations Director for Al-Othman Holding Company since March 2019, Pascal is leading the full development lifecycle of a €120M Kempinski 5-star hotel in Congo, overseeing the project from concept to pre-opening. Prior to this role, Pascal was the Head of Operations at FFA Real Estate from October 2009 to February 2019 and worked as a Project Engineer at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) from September 2004 to September 2009. Pascal holds a Master's Degree in Construction and Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2008, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut, completed in 2004.
