Cynthia Portillo

Cynthia Portillo has extensive experience in customer service and medical assistance. Currently serving as a Lead Customer Service Agent at Alaska Airlines since October 2007, Cynthia also holds the role of Guest Service Lead, supervising ticket counter and gate agents, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating team building events. Previous roles include Medical Assistant at FREYJA MEDICAL CLINIC, where responsibilities included patient care and procedural support, as well as Design Assistant at IGIG INC., focusing on fabric procurement and sample production. Earlier in their career, Cynthia worked as a Programs Assistant at INGLESIDE COMMUNITY CENTER INC., providing tutoring and assisting with youth programs. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Unitek College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institutes.
