Prior to this role, Neil held various leadership positions including Vice President of Airline Supplier Relations at TripArc, where the emphasis was on airline management and strategy. Neil's extensive experience at British Airways spanned a decade, with responsibilities as Vice President of Sales for the Western United States and various roles in leisure and corporate sales, account management, and organizational effectiveness. Neil began a career in event management, managing large teams for marketing activations. Neil graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Law with Business Administration.
