Tami Rice

Tami Rice has extensive experience in employee relations and customer service management, currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist II at Alaska Communications since April 2016, where responsibilities include handling FMLA, performance improvement plans, and workplace investigations. Tami also manages a telecommunications contact center with around 40 employees. Previously, Tami held the role of Inside Sales Manager at Alaska Communications from December 2011 to October 2015, where the position and team were built from scratch, and served as Team Lead focusing on inbound customer service and sales. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Manager at Zale Jewelers from August 2005 to December 2011, overseeing all aspects of store operations, and participating in a program with NAMI in early 2005. Tami graduated from Service High School in 2004.
