Danielle V. Roberts is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and staffing management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global HRIS Services at Albany International Corp. since March 2015, Danielle leads a global team focused on improving user experiences with HR tools and automating processes. Accomplishments include the development of automated HR Metrics Dashboards and the implementation of SuccessFactors Learning and Performance. Previous roles include Senior HRIS Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and Human Resources Representative at Albany International Corp., as well as staffing leadership at YOH-GE Global Research Center and HR positions at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Members United Corporate FCU. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Hartwick College.
