Scott Seim

Scott Seim serves as the Sr. Director of HR Technology, Operations, and Shared Services at Pentair since March 2023, previously holding the title of Director of HR Technology, Operations, and Services. Prior experience includes significant roles at Red Hat, where Scott was the Director of HR: PMO and Enterprise Change Management and Senior HR Strategist & Architect, leading teams to implement strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, Scott worked at Deloitte in the Organization Transformation & Talent Practice and held multiple managerial positions at Accenture in the Talent and Organization Performance Practice. Scott holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Olaf College.
