Willie King

Willie King is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in capital projects and engineering execution. Currently serving as VP of Capital Projects and Engineering at Albemarle Corporation since December 2018, Willie has previously held leadership roles at prominent companies including Motiva Enterprises LLC, Shell, and DuPont, overseeing major capital initiatives and operations. Additionally, Willie is a board member of The ECC Association, focusing on serving the project industry. Academically, Willie holds a PhD in Business Organization and Management from Capella University, a Master’s in Project Engineering and Construction Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Howard University.
