Ryan Elberg

Ryan Elberg is currently the Chief People Officer at Albert since April 2020, an all-in-one money app focused on budgeting, saving, spending, and investing. Simultaneously, Ryan serves as Head of People at Coast, a company streamlining fuel, fleet, and employee expenses. Prior to these roles, Ryan held significant positions in talent acquisition, including Head of Talent at Bread, where Bread was acquired by Alliance Data for $450 million, and at Datadog, which went public in 2019. Ryan’s experience also includes leadership in talent functions at Lab49 and Candidates on Demand. Ryan began professional endeavors as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Dotmenu Inc. and as the CEO/Co-founder of RAX Media, specializing in college merchandise. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University.
