Michael Pennock

Michael Pennock, MD, is currently a resident doctor specializing in Radiation Oncology and previously in General Surgery at Montefiore Health System since July 2018. Pennock holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Penn State College of Medicine (2014-2018) and has completed a Master of Biotechnology degree at Penn State University (2013-2014) along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from Davidson College (2007-2011). Notable publications include research on individualized learning plans in residency education and baroreceptor reflex failure in head and neck cancer patients. Previous research experience includes an HHMI Research Fellowship and an internship focused on serotonergic drug targets for cocaine addiction. Certifications include BLS and ACLS.
