Rachel Trent

Rachel Trent is a seasoned education professional with a strong background in history instruction and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Senior Adoption Manager at Albert | Learn By Doing since May 2023, Rachel previously held positions as an Adoption Manager and AP History Teacher in various educational settings, including Eanes-Westlake Innovative School District and Round Rock ISD. At Eanes-Westlake, Rachel utilized backwards design and research-based strategies to enhance critical thinking and digital citizenship among students, while also leading professional development initiatives. Additionally, Rachel served as a Curriculum Consultant and Instructor at Subject, where 92 mini accredited US History lessons were developed and delivered. Rachel's foundational experience as a Teaching Fellow for Masa Israel Journey included tailored English instruction and after-school tutoring. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Post Baccalaureate Certification in Social Studies Teacher Education from The University of Texas at Austin.
